women runners of all ages and ability levels.
This fall we will offer an evening
running camp!
You will also find many weekend races that we will participate in
together. The Snoqualmie Valley is one of the most beautiful areas
to run. Over 20 miles of trails to enjoy. Come join us now and let's
run together.
Running is among the best aerobic exercises for physical conditioning
of your heart and lungs. Studies have shown the health benefits
to be enormous, reducing the likelihood of everything from the common
cold to cancer. Your stamina will increase. You'll lose weight --
most beginners often lose nearly a pound a week.
It's not about being a track start or an elite athlete. It is about
being the best you can be! It's about learning to run better and
having fun with people who share your passion for staying fit. You
don't have to be a great runner to begin. You may be surprised at
how well you do. The group's runners average age is 30's to early
50s. (of course there are 20 something’s and a few hot 60
something’s too!)
